What to Expect from Your End of Lease Cleaning
Spark and Shine‘ end of lease cleaning is unlimited by time, meaning the cleaners will stay untill the checklist is all done. You can expect a professional house cleaning of the whole property including:
Kitchen – Cupboards are wiped clean inside and out; benchtops, surfaces, stove tops and sink are sanitised; electrical appliances – thoroughly cleaned, the oven is deep cleaned to a perfect finish, floors are vacuumed and mopped.
Bathroom – Shower & screen, toilet, sink & undersink cabinet, bath, floors, the mirror and fittings are cleaned and disinfected.
Bedrooms – Floors are vacuumed and mopped; carpets and rugs are thoroughly vacuumed; surfaces, tops, window sills and skirtings are dusted; mirrors are polished; cobwebs – removed.
Living room – Cobwebs are removed; carpeted floorings are vacuumed; furniture & shelves and electrical goods are all dusted; window sills and skirting boards – polished.
Hallway/stairwell – Stairs are vacuumed and mopped if applicable, banisters & railings – dusted; cobwebs are removed.

The bond cleaners will clean the window frames, sills and tracks as part of the end of lease service. If you want the windows cleaned outside as well, you should pay an extra charge. However, have in mind that the windows must be accessible from the outside.
Most of the cleaning teams are from two cleaners. It depends on the size of the property. Once we have the information about the size of the property, we’ll make sure to send the right team for the job. We can arrange three cleaners teams for bigger jobs.
The cleaners come fully equipped with cleaning detergents and machines. All they need to complete the service is electricity and running water.
Carpets and rugs will be vacuumed thoroughly as part of the cleaning service. However, if you want them to be steam cleaned or stain treated you need to request it as this is not a part of the package and extra cost will apply.
